Call-back Reseller Management System

With
our reseller management system (RSM), you can
manage all your customers.
Here is what you can do with it:

Look
at all your customer accounts on one screen in a list - sort
etc and find the one you want.

Check your Master a/c balance and all transactions
-
Double click on a customer account and TOP-UP the account (credit)
or remove money (debit) say if you make a mistake.

Activate or deactivate an account

Add customer information - if you want

See recent financial transactions on the customer a/c

See recent Call records and recent Call-back records on the
a/c
-
Change the call-back number of an account and set up a call-back
number on a new account. (we setup new accounts and allocate the
DID for you and when the account is set up, it appears in your
list on the system).
