EQUIPMENT
We
provide FREE diallers/softphones
and callshop software.
Our resellers will need:
-
Telephones or Micophones with Headsets for the customers to make
calls.
- At
least one PC with Windows operating system to access web management.
- Router
+ Good Internet Connectivity - minimum bandwidth recommended 128Kb.
- Also
1 port or 2 port ATAs (Analogue Telephone Adaptors) or PCs-
callshop business
- Or
a Dedicated server(s) which will also
run calling cards - larger business

How
much does it cost?
The reseller must provide the items on the first three points above,
and if
he then uses our non-branded dialler and reconfigures his own equipment,
there is no cost.
Our callshop solution can be provided at no cost if there is sufficient
business: there may be a set up charge at our discretion.
A dedicated local server for a wholesale operation may cost up to
$2000. |

Internet
requirements
The minimum recommended
speed for a callshop is 128Kb per second. Bandwidth is required
for two-way telephone calls and for any management/billing software
which is web-based. To check the optimum bandwidth you require,
